the rundown:

- these commissions are for personal/nonprofit use only.
- a clear visual reference is required.
- at least half of the payment is required before i start working.
- no refunds once the commission has been started.
- i can decline commissions; don't take it personal!
- 2 revisions are allowed; anything after that will have a fee.
